I'm a certified menstrual cycle coach and mom of three who began navigating PMDD with my first period.


After my 2016 diagnosis, I felt relieved to have a name for my experience—but hopeless about real solutions.

I was determined to ask better questions in hopes of better answers. But what got me to symptom relief wasn't what got me to living PMDD-free.

My personal healing journey taught me this truth: When you are tolerating pain, dismissing your emotions, and living dissociated... you stay small, quiet, and disconnected from your power.

So I created a new path. One that blends physical support, emotional processing, nervous system work, and deep embodiment.

This deeper transformation is rooted in the belief that you were always meant to feel at home in your body and trust the wisdom that lives here.

Now I support other women through this same journey—not just to manage PMDD, but to reclaim their lives, relationships, and authentic selves.
