Ask Me Anything

Willow Office Hours

A free, private group chat where you can share your questions or challenges as they arise, in whatever words, tone, or mess they come out in.

Then, once a month during my Office Hour, I’ll respond directly with personalized voice-note reflections, guidance, and gentle coaching.

For The Woman Who...

Image

Feels overwhelmed when asked to share vulnerable parts of herself in a group of strangers.

Image

Knows that she gets triggered, but when support is available that emotional experience is hard (or impossible) to access.

Image

Is hyper-aware of her triggers, but doesn’t know how to actually respond any differently in the moment.

Image

Has blanked out on too many coaching calls or therapy sessions, only to remember all the questions and issues after it ended.

Image

Wishes she could fall apart on schedule instead of making future plans and anxiously waiting to see if she can actually follow through.

Image

Wants to be supported by someone who gets nervous system nuance and real-life mess…not just perfect plans that fall apart at the slightest inconvience.

No scheduled Zooms. No pressure to say things perfectly.

you don't need another call where you over-analyze or intellectualize your triggers.

You need a space to share the real, raw moments as they happen, and get support that speaks directly to that version of you.

In a world that expects you to regulate your emotions AND everyone else’s, Willow is your support line for the moments when it all feels too heavy.

How this space supports you now AND later:

  • You share when you’re fully in it, and your nervous system calms just from voicing it and knowing that support is coming.

  • When the response comes you’re more regulated. So what felt overwhelming in the moment becomes more workable (aka you become the observer).

  • Even with a delayed response, I am able to speak to what actually comes up for you in those moments rather than a detached re-telling.

  • And because it’s not tied to scheduling or long calls, it fits your actual energetic capacity and your calendar.

Hi, I'm Briana

A certified menstrual cycle coach and mom of three who began navigating PMDD with my first period. After my 2016 diagnosis, I felt relieved to have a name for my experience—but hopeless about real solutions. I was determined to ask better questions in hopes of better answers.

My personal healing journey taught me this truth: When you are tolerating pain, dismissing your emotions, and living dissociated... you stay small, quiet, and disconnected from your power.

Now I support other women through this same journey—not just to manage PMDD, but to reclaim their lives, relationships, and authentic selves.

My work is trauma informed and draws on menstrual cycle awareness and nervous system regulation frameworks.

But what I do is mirror your truth back to you.

I lend my nervous system to help you stay with the process long enough to remember your power, re-build self-trust, and reclaim your authentic self.

Inside Her Experience

"From our first call, I felt an immediate sense of connection with Briana. She holds space in a way that makes it safe to be deeply vulnerable in a part of life that’s usually so hard to talk about.

One of the most powerful moments for me was when she gave words to a shame spiral I had never fully recognized. Once she named it, I could immediately feel the truth of it in my body, and speak to it.

I wasn't sure about the voice messaging at first, but it ended up being one of the most powerful parts. It felt so low-pressure and intuitive. I could sit with her words, reflect, and respond in my own timing without the performative pressure that sometimes shows up in a live session."

FAQs

How Does It Work?

After you sign up, you will recieve an email from me with details on how to join the private group chat. Once you are added, you can start sharing your questions, patterns, pain points, or celebrations throughout the month by text or voice note.

On the last Friday of each month, I’ll host a 1-hour Office Hour. You’ll receive personal coaching, nervous system support, and perspective on the actual moments that matter. Walk away with grounded clarity and insight that meets you where you are

During this window I will be live in the chat responding to as many questions as I can on a first come, first serve basis. Anything that I don't get to in that hour will be at the top of the queue for the next month. If you are available during the office hour, you can send follow-up thoughts or questions and we can have a real time interaction.

If you have additional clariyfing questions, feel free to send me a DM @brianavillegascoaching.

Chat Etiquette

I know you don’t need another group chat blowing up your phone. This space isn’t about small talk or 100-message threads. You can mute notifications and still count on real-time, personalized support when it matters.

You’ll get an email reminder when I am going live in the chat, so you can customize the notification settings to your preference without missing any messages. My responses will be tagged to your original question so it will be easy to navigate.

If you want to lean into the community aspect, feel free to leave notifications on and drop an emoji for other women’s situations that you resonate with. You can drop in the chat during office hours for a live exchange or show up when it works for you.

I am also always open to feedback on ways to better manage the chat for ease of use because the intention of this space is to work with your life and your capacity.

Where Is The Chat Hosted?

The chat is hosted on a mbile and desktop app called Telegram. You will be asked to sign up with your telephone number (similar to whatsapp), but you can adjust your privacy settings to hide your phone number and go by a handle. I chose this app to optimize privacy and functionality as best as possible.

What Types Of Questions Can I Ask?

I know that an Ask Me Anything prompt an feel a little too open to really know how to engage. So below are some example questions to give you an idea of what you can bring into this space:

1) How do I track my cycle?"

2) “I noticed myself getting super reactive in a conversation today and I can’t tell if I was triggered… or protecting myself. How would you track this?”

3) "How do I regulate myself when I'm super triggered but my kids need me and I can't step away?"

4) “I’ve been trying to rest but my brain keeps telling me I’m lazy. Can you help me reframe this?”

5) “I keep having the same emotional spiral and I know what I’m supposed to do, but I never actually do it. What gives?”

6) "I'm in luteal phase, and my inner critic is really loud. It sucks to be back here again, and not feel like there is hope for the future. Can this really get better?"

7) “I'm about to have a hard conversation and I'm spiraling. This always happens to me. How can I ground myself going in?”

8) “I don’t really have a question, but I’m feeling off today, and need to talk it through”

9) “A big feeling hit today and I’m not sure if it’s all mine or I'm taking on other people’s emotions?
