I felt stuck on how to be a stable presence for my two boys while also trying to build a business & make it to the gym in the few hours they are both in school without feeling like I was completely drained physically and mentally.
Shifting to a monthly view of progress allowed me to let go of the need to be “on” 100% of the time and create space for authentic connection with my husband and kids in every phase of my cycle.
Also, learning how to reliably anticipate changes within myself has helped me to feel less overwhelmed in my business because now I can focus on my strengths during each phase and let the rest go!

I am a certified menstrual cycle coach & host of the Hormone Rants podcast. My experience with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), has inspired my mission to bring the conversation around periods out of the menstrual health niche into our everyday lives.

I combine my background as a behavioral scientist, my experience with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), and cycle syncing to inform my coaching.

I wanted to plan my business around my cycle so I could use it to my advantage instead of something to “deal” with while trying to live my life. I have experienced more peace in my planning after learning to plan ahead with my cycle in mind.
